An AI lab researching a new kind of intelligence

Mumbrane is an independent AI lab. We research field-based intelligence, a different way for a model to hold what it knows and reason from it, and we build models to put that research to the test.

Right now, that means specialist models: models that go deep on one field instead of wide across all of them, and need little compute to run. They are our first step, and every model we ship and every paper we publish moves us toward the larger problems we started the lab to solve.
